You agree to use BizPlay only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Attempt to hack, probe, or unauthorisedly access any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Scrape, spider, or systematically extract data from BizPlay without written permission
• Post abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or deliberately harmful content in comments or profiles
• Impersonate other users, BizPlay staff, or any other person or entity
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to inflate play counts, ratings, or leaderboard scores
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage — please report them instead
• Circumvent any rate limiting, authentication, or access controls on the platform

Games & Content

Games on BizPlay are provided by third-party publishers and embedded via iframe. BizPlay does not develop, own, or control the games themselves. Each game is subject to its publisher's own terms and is provided "as is".

• We are not responsible for the content, performance, or availability of embedded games
• A game may be removed or become unavailable without notice if a publisher withdraws it
• BizPlay's original content — the user interface, design, icons, update posts, and wiki articles — is owned by BizPlay and may not be reproduced without permission

User Accounts

Accounts are created via Google Sign-In. By creating an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date
• Maintain the security of your Google account, which protects your BizPlay account
• Not share your account with others or allow others to access it
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised

BizPlay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All BizPlay original content — including the website design, logo, UI components, update posts, and wiki content — is the intellectual property of BizPlay and is protected by copyright law.

User-generated content (comments, collection names) remains owned by you. By posting it on BizPlay, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and moderate it as part of the service. You may delete your content at any time.

Disclaimers & Liability

BizPlay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform
• Persistence of your data (though we take reasonable steps to protect it)
• That any specific game will remain available
• The accuracy or completeness of any leaderboard data

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes to our service, legal requirements, or community standards. When we do:

• The "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised
• Material changes will be announced via the Updates page
• Continued use of BizPlay after a change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms

If you disagree with a change, please stop using BizPlay and, if you have an account, delete it from Settings.
