Filing a Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner and believe content on BizPlay infringes your work, please send a written notice to bizplayproject@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request".

Your notice should include:

• Your full legal name and contact information (email, phone, or mailing address)
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The specific URL(s) on bizplay.lol where the allegedly infringing material is located
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your electronic or physical signature

How We Handle Notices

Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notice, BizPlay will:

• Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 5 business days
• Review the notice for completeness and apparent validity
• If valid, act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the affected user (if applicable) that content has been removed and why
• Forward a copy of the takedown notice to the affected user so they can file a counter-notification if appropriate

Incomplete notices that lack required elements will not be acted upon until corrected. We will inform you if your notice is missing information.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to bizplayproject@gmail.com with subject "DMCA Counter-Notification". It must include:

• Your full name and contact information
• Identification of the removed content and the URL where it appeared before removal
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
• A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or in any judicial district if outside the US)
• Your electronic or physical signature

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

BizPlay has a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers, in appropriate circumstances. If a user's content is the subject of multiple valid takedown notices, we will review their account and may permanently ban it.

This policy applies to user-generated content such as comments. Game content is handled between BizPlay and the game publishers directly, as games are provided by third parties rather than uploaded by users.
